Deposit Policy

Please read the terms and conditions very carefully before you submit your payment.

The deposit is for the purpose of securing your appointment for hair at J City Hair.

The deposit is not refundable, you can only reschedule your appointment 24 hours or more before your actual appointment time IF NO SHOW WE WILL KEEP THE DEPOSIT AND NEW DEPOSIT WILL KEEP THE DEPOSIT AND NEW DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT.

We will apply the amount of deposit toward the total of the service amount at the end.

Applies to phone appointment also needs credit or debit card on the phone appointment…

Deposit require for

1. Japanese Hair Straighten

2.Color service over $150

Fix Policy

Customer must return the same week of service for Fix or Store Credit unless management authorize other terms. Terms applies to any hair services
